Hyatt Vacation Club at Wild Oak Ranch, San Antonio
Although we were not able to take advantage of all the amenities, we really enjoyed our stay. The the staff was friendly and helpful. The property was well kept and quiet, but central to the sites we wanted to visit.

Loved that we had a balcony. Wish the hot tub was working and wish the pool was open even though it all looked fine. We were told they were not working.

Nice spacious clean room. Very kind staff. Being elderly and my husband with breathing issues, the Bell Hop was over the top kind. Location was great….near the riverwalk and loads of restaurants and shopping. Only negative…..was the bed was kind of hard for our liking, and the pillows were lumpy. ...
