Nice and confortable hotel with very friendly staff. The bed was very confortable with nice bedding, the bathroom was super clean with very nice amenities and sparkling white and supple towels. We had a good time.

Lots of hidden fees, exorbitantly priced parking, $7 water bottles in room- felt very nickel and dimed and the costs were not at all transparent.

We cannot wait to plan another trip down to San Antonio and would stay here again. When we arrived for checkin (on a friday) there was a complimentary champagne bar in the lobby...nice surprise after a day of travelling. The staff was super friendly and very helpful with places to visit, food etc. Our room was huge and the bed was so comfortable!! We are now ruined for all other hotel stays as this one was amazing.

The restaurant/bar area was unpleasant Took forever to get our food. The food was ok had the steak been cooked as we ordered it. Took over 40 minutes to get our tab to pay so we could leave. The hotel side was great had issues with bad stains in the rug. Spoke to Jonathon regarding the issue we got a new room the next morning. The staff the next morning was aware of my issue AJ was great taking all our luggage up to our rooms and Thurston was very friendly and informative.

There were several hairs left in the shower that were not ours so not sure that our room, particularly the bathroom, was cleaned very well prior to our arrival.
