Modern and clean room. My umbrella was lost when my luggage was stored, and there are a few empty storefronts around the entrance of the hotel even though the area is otherwise safe. Otherwise, my stay was comfortable.

The Hotel was overall wonderful but the only down side is that there's a restaurant/ bar in the hotel on the 15th floor and I was on the 18th floor and could still hear the music. I would definitely stay again though.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, both times I was very pleased. The staff were friendly and professional. Rooms are extremely clean. Only downside is the parking which was $50 +tip each day. I think that price is a little excessive, $25 should be the max that hotels should charge.

Everything was great except that our room was not cleaned well before we got there. There was hair and other dirt/crumbs on the floor, crumbs on the desk, hair in the shower, and just in general did not seem well cleaned.

1.) Entrance was confusing - the AC hotel is a part of another building, so it was hard to know which door to go into 2.) Valet is $50 overnight (high for San Antonio downtown), but the lot is five blocks away, so it can take a really long time to get your car. The first morning when we went to get our keys, they had never checked in our car and we had to pick out our keys to the valet and they gave us our car on the honor system - no ID or proof shown that it was ours 3.) We went with two other couples to the rooftop bar, 1 Watson, and were told there was zero availability, but we could sit outside at the few available spots that were on a first come, first served basis. It was a pretty cold night (40f) and the fire places were nice, but we noticed that many tables remained empty throughout the 2 1/2 hours we were there. Their F&B manager should be looking out for large groups who may want to continue to eat and drink if you made something available. I went two hours early to speak to the hostess and mentioned I was a hotel guest and was having some friends coming in for dinner and drinks and she said there was nothing she could do. About an hour and a half after we had been there drinking wine and ordering appetizers outside, my husband asked if we could sit at one of the many tables that were empty and again, we were told they were reserved (even though no one ever showed up)

The bedroom floor was pretty dirty!! My son white socks were amazingly dirty and I even took a picture. That’s the only negative aspect on this property but a very important one. On the other hand the staff was amazing, very helpful, polite and kind.
