We loved the access to the Riverwalk but were disappointed with the reservation outcome in regards to our pets. There was a $100 cleaning fee added at the time of check-in that we were unaware of and we could not get the Riverwalk view that we paid for thru Travelocity because of the pets.

I like the location, all employees, management, and balconies, but this visit I was in a different part of the hotel with a view of a parking garage. The hallways were very dark and I didn’t feel as safe.

Beautiful but this hotel really needs a facelift. First of all the staff is kind of snotty. The restaurant food made me sick. I couldn't believe that Buffet all the meat was kind of sour tasting made me sick to my stomach. The pool is too small the elevators have no AC oh, so God forbid we get stuck in there. The bathroom toilet kept backing up. Every time you poop but you have to wait flush it again before it goes down all the way I didn't have time becoming staff to fix it. Because after all it did Flash but I didn't like that. They offered nothing in the way of amenities. You think you could get a free breakfast for the price reduced. Way over price for a breakfast made me sick to my stomach and we'll wasn't that good
