2 homeless guys came in and Venus was the girl on duty, she had to chase them out, they were s te ealingcoffee and coikies. She was very brave. It is a bad area and we did not know this when we booked. Never again. The room is tiny compared to what i was charged, this is not a typical Radisson.. stained carpet, wet carpet and sticky stuff on shower wall! Gross!

Water pressure was weak in faucets and shower. Trash was overflowing daily in the cans along the property. Pool had trash in it as well (water bottles, cans). Thermostat hanging from connection wire. Some general maintenance would spruce the place up and make it nicer.

I felt so comfortable. Everyone was so helpful and kind to us especially when so much was happening with our Air Man grandsons military orders changing so quickly and decisions having to be made at a moments notice. Eveyone at the front desk were a blessing to my family, Belinda, Samantha, Tiffiany and the General Manager. They kept us sane and they never broke a sweat.I always saw Tiffiany walking around the Inn not knowing who she was. A pretty lady who just smiled but unbeknown to me she was working, keeping an eye around the place making sure things were running smoothly. Then the lady who prepared the amazing breakfast each morning was just so efficiant, going back and forth cleaning up , refilling , collecting what was left on the tables , so polite and her helpers were the same. But I remember her, she didnt skip a beat and still always ready to flash a smile. I nerver expected so much food. I thought we were going to be served just toast, coffee, tea, boxes of cereal and perphaps a few donuts, lol..I was so surprise. Even John who attended to the pool was so friendly. My husband and I enjoyed every moment of his interesting conversation on Texas and places of interest. So pleasant was he that we even thought " yep! we gotta move here!" They were God sent.We would have lost it with out them. I rather be at Country Inn and Suites than a big Fancey hotel where people are snobbish or too busy to help. Thank you my friends , we can never forget all your Kindness. ..Helen

My apologies for not meeting your expectations. We have had difficulty getting staff due to the Pandemic. The ownership is now working to get us back to our normal standards.

Towel shortage?? We had 4 confirmed guests. The first night, we had 2 washcloths and 3 bath towels. We made do. The next day, nobody replenished the towels or cleaned (which I know is Covid policy for some to not to nightly cleaning.) husband went to ask for towels for the next night and they promised to bring some.. never did. So 3 bath towels and 2 washcloths had to last a family of 4 for 3 days and 2 nights. Also, room was dusty and saw 2 huge spiders. Not a fan and wouldn’t be back.

My apologies for the towel situation. If I had a name or at least the time and date you went to the desk and asked for the towels I would be able to address this over sight with them. I am available at the hotel number if you would like to talk to me.

I liked the staff. They were SUPER nice, except for night staff seemed annoyed at requests. The phone didn't work like the cord plugs were broken. The toilet was loud and plumbing was messed up(water didn't drain fast at all). Bathroom was tiny. Definitely not for a larger person. Room was fine and tv had a lot of options. Bring your own pillow. I wasn't a fan of theirs. I paid for hot breakfast and apparently no hotel is offering more than a brown paper bag of cereal and a muffin. This is is not reflected in the prices or information about covid. I plan to request a partial refund for that and the fact that their cards do not work. Every single time I left my room I had to get new room keys because the key would stop working and they kept blaming my phone when we didn't have it anywhere near it after the first two times. I've seen other reviews on this so I know it's an issue. You can find same service elsewhere and closer to town but, if they fixed the issues and had hot breakfast then it would've been worth it.

I apologize about the breakfast however, due to COVID our breakfast would have cross contamination. Our pricing has been adjusted greatly due to this issue. However, the card problem is a concern and I have my maintenance working on it.
