Staff was great. Our room didnt have sny comfy chairs to sit in. The floors need a good mopping and the tub needs some maintenance and the caulking was moldy. Our heating unit would not get warm and staff replaced it within a couple of hours.i think the blanket and comforter needs replacing and as well as the mattress. Our little housekeeper was very pleasant and sweet, but she needs some training in housekeeping. Not her fault, whoever is in charge needs a training session. The room had rustic charm that needs an overhaul.

Very cute rooms. The whole place is just so much fun. You have to see it to believe it. Best prime rib is it the restaurant associated with it. If you don't stay at The Big Texan at least eat there.

everything was just fine. not happy there was no hot water Wednesday morning, but we made do. the shower drains very slow and the exhaust fan does not work. room was clean and well taken care of each day. I would stay again and would recommend this place to others........but ditch the saloon doors between the rooms......very ugly and obnoxious trying to get from room to room. thank you....my friends room was ok but there was no closet area to hang her clothes.....
