Comfortable but simple

Comfortable stay while going back in time. Rooms are rustic and could use a little maintenance on the tub and toilet. The beds are comfortable, the a/c works great and there is a small fridge in the rooms. Fun stay eating dinner at the restaurant.

Another nice stop. Had a ribeye steak in tribute to my wife who died in june. Enjoyed it with my service dog Alex. Comfy hotel room and friendly nice people

Cute place. No service.

The place was nice. However it was lacking the right amount of towels and the pool was closed. When I messaged to ask for towels and why the pool was closed I never got a response. I was emailed multiple times from the start about checking about which was annoying when you are just starting your trip. Other than that it was cute.

Clean, quaint, quirky. Just what we were looking for by booking this motel. The only thing is, it was not a 2 bedroom suite. It was 2 connecting hotel rooms. Not what I expected at all in a 2 bedroom suite booking.

One of my favorite hotels this trip ! The restaurant next door is so good too. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I couldn’t figure out how to work the damn tv 😂 lady came up and said sweetheart you have to plug it in 😂 normally the tv is already plugged in so I didn’t even think to check. Staff was above and beyond and if I ever have to go through Amarillo I’ll make sure to stay here

Stay Somewhere Else

The bed was lumpy and so were the pillows I barely slept and the food wasn’t all that. And the smell of soured horse manor was so strong from their stables I had to cover my nose just to get checked out. My husband and I will never stay there or eat there again.

Right next to the Big Texan Steak House, it’s not fancy but always comfortable and clean. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star on the staff is I didn’t see anyone. Overall this is a great place to stay in Amarillo.
