Staff are very kind & friendly…it’s the facility, NOT GOOD! Huge safety concerns with loose carpet, some kind of black discoloration in the ice machine, room did not feel clean. There’s a lovely lobby entrance & gift shop, but the hotel needs major renovation, we will not stay there again!

The staff are very friendly but the hotel needs a MAJOR update…so many safety concerns such as loose carpet, poor handrails, black mold in the ice machine. Big need for painting. The lobby & gift shop are great but the rest of the facility is NOT good, we won’t return.

The Cactus Cove was the best stay I had during my trip. The room was nice and clear, with good utilities. Outside the room, there was nice bar and featured interior. The environment was quiet, peaced my mind and spirit which was tired due to the trip. Recommended!

Convenient parking for me is a chore with a bigger truck. Staff is always accommodating which I appreciate and while the hotel looks like it’s being remodeled it’s still very clean and comfortable but still a lil outdated.

The issue with this hotel is that it is not completely renovated and it doesn't seem very safe. The layout is somewhat confusing. You come up outside stairs to a shared balcony, then into an inside hallway that opens up to the rooms. Our outside stairwell had the left over products of what appeared to be a medical emergency. I won't go into details but it wasn't pleasant. Since it didn't open to a front desk, not sure if there was anyone available. We were emailed our room number and a code to get into our room Our room was nothing like the pictures, and was very outdated, worn and musty smelling. No breakfast option that we could see. The common areas had potential to be great but it didn't allow much privacy since our room had a large glass doors with blinds facing out into the atrium area. We only had one night so we stayed but until it is completely finished we won't return.

Lobby, courtyard, decor, gift shop, bar, breakfast, pool, etc are all absolutely phenomenal! The staff was super friendly and welcoming! The only downside was the rooms themselves. The rooms showed age and are in need of renovating. My guess is that this is coming, because everything else is top notch! I would stay there again.

This hotel is very loud. If you have a family and are looking for kids running and screaming down the hall and in the pool, then this place is fine. For a solo traveler who just wants a quiet place to rest after a full day of traveling, this place is not fine. Luckily, I had ear plugs, so I was able to sleep through the night. The staff was very nice. The place was clean. Bed was ok. I won't stay here again, though, because of the noise level.
