Absolutely unacceptable! I am moving out of town and had to make a few trips. I booked this hotel online and when I went to check in the owner refused to give me the room I ALREADY PAID FOR because my driver's license shows that I'm from in town. He said for me to receive the room that I already paid for I would have to pay an additional $200 deposit which is not stated in any of the paperwork when booking this online. The person at the desk was very rude and combative to the point that I left and decided I would rather sleep in our vehicle. The room I booked was no refunds or cancellation so I showed that to the owner when he told me to cancel it and yet he still did nothing to make it right so now they have kept my money and not even acknowledged the problem. I can't get a hold of anyone through hotels.com so I think I'm just going to be out on this one morning to all do not go here

The room had an odd smell to it, the bathtub had mold, the doors were stained with something, the bed sheets were dirty with stains, and there’s a smell as soon as you enter the hotel. The only good thing was the friendly staff. Breakfast is only toast, waffle, bananas, and coffee.
