The shower did not work and there was no hot water. The staff at the front desk said that this was not their problem and take it up with Travelocity. They also said they were aware of the room not having hot water or a working shower but they still rented it out anyway. Additionally, the staff was very rude. I do not recommend, considering I paid over $250 for a room.

Overall great place to stay, it is close to Buc-ee’s so it was nice checking it out. The room was clean and exactly what I was expecting from the Marriott brand.

We got a little behind and don’t arrive until 1 am, but no hassle, warm greetings, as if it were an afternoon check in. Breakfast was great, lots of variety-loved the Texas shaped waffle griddle.

My son was driving from southeast Texas to Colorado for school. I booked him a room here because it said check in was for 18 and up. He arrived after 10 pm and they would not let him check in because he was 19. That is so stupid!
