When i checked in at midnight, i was told the hotel cancelled my reservation from Travelocity, despite the text and email confirming. No room, on a non refundable reservation.

Receptionist indifferent. Trash in the parking area. Tile in bathroom floor dirty and coming loose.

The front desk lady was having a lengthy conversation with another guest which we waited 10 minutes for. Got to room carpet looked stained and dirty. Wallpaper was peeling in area in room. Shower water wasn't drawing in tub. I will be staying somewhere in future.
