Excellent hotel
This hotel is fairly new and in excellent condition. It's conveniently located near both the interstate, the loop and the hospital. This is now my third stay here in the past 2 years and it will be my go-to location for future visits to Amarillo.

Safe, clean, and comfortable stay
Very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. A lady named Noel checked us in twice, on our trip to our destination and back from our destination. If I could give a 100 stars to her I would. Thank you so much for making our trip wonderful. Just wish all hotels were as nice as this one especially with the reasonable price it offers!!

Clean comforts at a great price
Very clean, friendly, spacious hotel! A lady named Noel at check in was very kind and professional person, worth her wait in gold. She’s a great asset to the hotel. We are from Michigan and drove to phoenix Arizona and back we stayed there on our way there and decided to stay there again on our way back because we felt safe, comfortable, and welcomed.

dirty pillowcases
the lady who checked me in was very rude. I stay at this hotel at least 3 times a year passing through to AZ. she seems to be always working when i come through. she is always rude. the sheets on the bed were clean but the pillowcases smelled like cheap perfume you can tell they was not changed from last visit. this happen on my last visit. the hotel is clean midnight shift is very nice. will i stay here again. what i don't like when i do complain no one cares about the issue.

30.00 per dog x 2 = 60.00 for one night.
Hotel seems brand new, it's very stylish, modern and clean. The breakfast covers all the bases , excellent. The room cost me 99.00, however there is a 30.00 charge for your dog to stay. 30.00 PER DOG. So 60 bucks extra to have them in a room with me overnight, almost as much as the room cost. Tonight I am staying at Aloft (Marriot hotel group) & both dogs stay for free. Gorgeous hotel.
