Needs a lot of cleaning and updating. Breakfast area was to cramp and not appealing. Could not adjust shower head and would only hit the wall. I did not feel secure at all. Need new linen was old and worn out. Had to wait over 10 mins before anyone showed up to check in people.

Friendly service, rooms were very clean, breakfast was good but the overall condition of the room & hotel in general was somewhat shabby (needed paint touch up on the walls, in my room & some minor repairs- there was a slight musty smell until I got the air going to circulate - the grounds were not kept up). However, my BIGGEST COMPLAINT is that although it is listed on the app, there is no airport shuttle service & I ended up paying an additional $60 for an Uber to get me to/from the airport. The information needs to be updated as this was one of the main reasons I selected the hotel.

The bathroom toilet ran all night and we could fix it. The breakfast was terrible. I would not recommend this place.

After taking nearly an hour to check-in to a room that was what I reserved, the staff was dismissive regarding the lack of functioning amenities. I ultimately slept in a room with compromised safely measures because they refused to give me a refund so that I could find a different hotel. They also refused to allow a complimentary late check-out after delaying my check-in. This was an all-around horrible experience. I will never recommend or use this hotel again.

The room was dusty, needed to be cleaned, the pillow puffed a cloud of dust when you layed you head down, the night stand drawer face was completely gone, the wall was tore open where pipes were exposed, the room smelled like someone closed off all air ventilation and smoked an entire pack of cigarettes.
