The reason why I gave a 4 instead of a 5, is the shower. I know you think this is complaint is frivolous, but the shower head is on the wrong end!! You have a shower that has a shower door and normally you would be able to move both shower doors so you can turn on the water but these particular showers are on the opposite end. The shower door doesn't move so you have to actually get in the shower to turn on the water and then you get wet. I don't know what purpose that serves, but it is very inconvenient. I would definitely go back, despite the odd shower, but I believe I have a valid complaint. The customer service is always great and the rooms are always clean.
