rooms out dated, need new drapes, phones, tv's. the door handle in bathroom was about to fall off. also a panel the ceiling was coming loose.

The room was very dirty, dusty and lots of garbage under sofa and bed. You can tell this room hasn't been deep cleaned in months. Reception was all right, disappointed about the quality of snacks. Personal felt very busy and exhausted.

Showed up 2 1/2 hours after check in rooms were still not ready waited an hour and still nothing. We were late to our events and no accommodations were made
