I understand that there was a winter storm however the hotel was cold. There was no shuttle. I selected the hotel because it had a shuttle and they wouldn’t run the shuttle.The room was dirty. The staff at the restaurant was very good. I do appreciate that they changed my checkout time however I couldn’t stay at the hotel because it was so cold.

The room 1012 was extremely cold had to go downstairs 5 times due to either room phones working last trip I asked for a room change which I got to room 1014 which only had towels for one guest Happy hour vouchers were not available until 5:20 pm with happy hour starting at 5 during happy hour items were not available plates / snacks which is one of the reasons I choose embassy suites for $160 a night to $200 a night I expected more the stay did not meet my expectations Person who checked me in Saturday I don’t remember her name but she was very nice

I called for a pickup from the airport and got a message that their phones were down. Ok, can happen. Went to get ice on two different floors. Both ice machines not working. Wifi in my room was very weak. Fitness room had dated and missing equipment. Pool had used towels laying around. Breakfast was good though

Good location and breakfast. Pool was freezing and jets didn’t work on hot tub. Chlorine was so strong you could only be there for a small amount of time.

the room was definitely neglected, staffing was not prepared for the influx of guests staying at the hotel and were not responsive to guests being overly loud late at night. rooms need heavy renovation, rust everywhere, mold smell very noticable, carpet not stapled down, tv remote broken, bed heavily broken in and bed lamps not working

The room was nice. The hotel definitely needs an update. The bathroom definitely needs to the ceiling in the bathroom is falling. The hot tub is swimming pool water was foggy and had a very mildewy smell.
