I had my first stay at Hotel Valencia Riverwalk and it definitely won’t be my last! From the moment I walked into the lobby to entering my room, the overall vibe and experience were outstanding. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and made the check-in process quick and seamless, which really set the tone for the rest of my stay. Their professionalism and efficiency made everything feel easy and welcoming. The location is also a huge plus—perfectly situated near the Riverwalk and within walking distance of great tourist attractions and entertainment spots. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again on my next visit to San Antonio!

Very nice staff, very clean room, great location near riverwalk, shops and restaurants. We liked that you have to have your room key to go on the elevator - it felt safer! Our city view was nice, but we did have to move a night stand table to be able to open the window cover, and look out. I brought a noise maker after reading reviews about road noise, but it wasn’t too bad. The rain made really loud tapping sounds on the window, however, and that kept waking me up. I had to turn the noise maker on high. Having to walk to, and use a parking garage down the street was a pain, but that’s just part of the downtown life, I guess! Overall excellent stay, with no problems.

Very pleasant employees. Room quality was very nice. Dorrego’s restaurant was very good. The bar wait staff, including Lainy, were very efficient. A very nice facility with a great location on the Riverwalk.

What stood out the most for me was that the room was not ready at check in. I made several inquiries to find out when it would be ready but I was told they would call me when it was ready. Finally after another inquiry, two hours later we had a room.
