Jane in the dining area was the most excellent representative of your property!!!! She wouldn't even take a monetary tip which I offered for her wonderful service. She insisted that I use it to enjoy my vacation. And Chris at the front desk was super helpful to us in so many ways since we were new visitors. My daughter had told me this Drury was where we needed to be and she was right. My only wish is that the parking spaces were wider in the garage....but that can't change.

The only complaint we have is that the parking spots in the parking garage are way too narrow, its hard to get in and out of your vehicle without hitting the car next to you. Other than that, the hotel was amazing. It was Clean and within walking distance of the Riverwalk, which is exactly what we wanted. Will definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Inn with my niece to celebrate her belated birthday and to celebrate mine. The front desk staff Alexis, the Manager Jeff, the cleaning lady at our room were all very professional, pleasant and helpful. Alexis made us feel welcome as we checked in close to midnight. Kris, The Guest Service Agent went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She was so intuitive that she remembered my birthday from our conversation the day before and asked about it. All the staff were great and efficient at the dining room for breakfast and the dinner time snacks & drinks. The location was perfect - convenient to everything we did. We took advantage of the Riverwalk/Downtown location to walk to various attractions & tours, restaurants, shops and boat rides. Property, including the lobby, was clean with an old time charm. Our room was clean, beds were very comfortable and the balcony had a great view. We used both the microwave and refrigerator in the room. Food was delicious and lots of variety. The evening hot snacks turned into our meal during our stay and we didn’t have to worry about what to do for breakfast. The well maintained pool on the roof was an added bonus. I have stayed at countless places and this is definitely on the top of the list of best stays ever. Excellent experience with no complaints. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting downtown. Thank you so much as we did Travel Happy® with Drury inn and Suites Riverwalk.

This a very affordable property on the Riverwalk. There is an elevator that goes all the way to the walk. Self park is $23 and includes in and out privileges. Bonus is the breakfast (6-9 am weekdays) and the 5:30 to 7 Happy Hour. This includes 3 drinks per day per guest. Concierge Alexis got us a River view room when we asked. The king suite was only $12 more and was well worth it. Short walk to the Alamo, Briscoe Western Art Museum, and the Majestic and Aztec theaters. Well worth the money. Tip Alexis if she can accommodate you.

Great Riverwalk hotel

Great staff and customer service Location is ideal for Riverwalk access Breakfast is good but redundant Evening happy hour and food is great! Swimming pool very cold One elevator out of service
