The place to be

Everything was great at this hotel. The value was immense. Being able to park in the garage for free and have a reasonable rate for such a large room with the kitchen area was awesome. Included breakfast, indoor pool and hot tub and daily happy hour. I didn’t wanna leave!

Major highway construction makes getting to and from hotel difficult. Love the security the hotel has. Staff that tends the afternoon managers event are very rude and gave the feeling that they didnt want to be there. Breakfast was great but same about the staff working that area. Let me tell you at promptly 9:30 they were removing the food right in front of you ensuring that breakfast was over.

Every staff member encountered was warm, helpful, and professional. The facility itself is a bit tired as are the rooms. Bed was hard and sheets scratchy. Worst for me was that the AC was inadequate. Staff was fabulous though and quickly assisted with a room change to help out, but it never did get cool enough or push enough air out so my stay was uncomfortable.

The hotel is absolutely comfortable, getting to the hotel is a little difficult currently because of traffic and construction, but other than that, the hotel is great!
