Beautiful decor friendly check in. Lots of buckets collecting water dripping from the ceiling. My itinerary said I had a microwave but there was none, we had to have the person at the front desk heat our food a couple of times. We were told to put our used wash rags and towels outside of our door every day, but we had to go down to the desk every afternoon to get fresh ones....it would have made more sense to have fresh towels and rags dropped at our door when the used ones were picked up. We were never able to use the pool, was told it was heated but it was bone chilling cold. I used the front loader washer and had to hand wring the water out of my clothes and feed the dryer quarters 3 separate times to get them dry. I passed the same green tooth flosser in the hallway every day of my 7 day stay.
