The hotel was very nice. The staff were all pleasant but not one of them could give directions anywhere. We stayed 4 nights. We were told when we first arrived that each time we took our car from valet it would be $40. When I checked out I was told it was $40 a night regardless of whether or not we needed the car. This caused us to change our plans a bit from day to day.

They had a “guaranteed 4pm check in” time. We got there at 3:30 and our room wasn’t ready so we went for a walk until 4:15, but our room was not ready still. Then we tried distracting our 4 kids by giving them a tour of the hotel & tried again at 4:35. Our room still wasn’t ready. Finally at 4:50 they let us know it was ready. Not a big deal unless they literally say “guaranteed check in time is 4pm” and you have to entertain a bunch of kids while waiting after spending 6 hours driving there. I asked for a discount and they said they’d note my account but I haven’t heard anything nor received a receipt.

The pillows in our room were terribly hard, the beds made noise with the slightest movement. My reservation was for a king sized bed and a much bigger room .. I was given a room with two queen beds lol this was for my husband and I honeymoon night … the stay was terrible we just went back to our apartment f
