My shower would not drain. Maintenance came to fix but issue was not fixed. Hotel could not give me a partial refund because I booked through Expedia. They did give me a $25 gift card for the cafe when I checked out. Staff was friendly, room was clean.

Checked in before room was ready and front desk said they would place us and our family in another room on the same floor. When we went to check in later we were informed that there was a mistake and one of the rooms was already allocated. Due to the inconvenience, I was told my parking was comped. Despite this, I was charged $99 for parking and my messages thru the hotels.com app and through their website have gone unanswered. Would have been a decent stay if they kept their word.
