Ok stay but annoying

I have stayed here before so I kind of knew what to expect. It was great last time I stayed here but this time my complaints are related to the new parking fee. I wouldn’t mind the parking fee if there was a space to actually park! It took about 10 minutes to find a parking space at night. Then I had a loud room next door. The shower was like warm. Lastly, I had my alarm clock in the room going off at 5 am when I never set it! Very disappointing to say the least. Internet was great!

Not what I expect from the Westin. Our baby found a toe nail on the floor within the first few minutes of arrival. The ice maker was broken on my floor and the one below, found one working further upstairs. The entire property needs maintenance and updating. Lots of paint and drywall damage in hallways and rooms, multiple broken tiles in the bathroom. The parking is paid only, internet is an additional charge and I've had better breakfast included at other hotels, the quality wasn't worth the premium price but there is an alternative a 4 minute walk away for breakfast. The staff was friendly, although it took two requests to get a crib delivered.
