Check in was really easy. The room was clean. Parking is nice, it’s free and there are cameras. This place is very close to the airport and they have free shuttle service! I needed the shuttle very early and they were already waiting down stairs for me. I can appreciate that. I didn’t have to leave a deposit but it could be different for each person I’m not sure how they determine deposits. The free breakfast was nice! It’s from 7am to 10am. It was clean, stocked and I really liked the pancake maker, that was cute! Check out was very easy, it’s at 11am. I am making this my official hotel when I need to go to the airport.

Communication needs to be improved. If you have special requests like bassinets, it’s difficult to get help. Or even if you were told there is a bassinet for you upon arrival, you may not have it because they gave it to someone else. I can’t say l enjoyed my stay there although the hotel seemed nice.
