Was in town to run a marathon and chose the Emily Morgan. So glad i did. Staff was phenomenal. There was an issue and i was given the wrong room but it was quickly fixed. I wish i could remember her name. Said she'd only been there about a week but she was amazing. Room was clean and spacious. Everything i needed was within walking distance. Only complaint is i didnt stay longer. Whenever in San Antonio this is where I'll stay.

The room was absolutely beautiful and the area was in a perfect location. For the price, you couldn’t beat it. The only issues we had were the elevators. They were painfully slow and during our stay a bunch of middle schoolers or high schoolers were there for a marching band competition and it took genuinely 15 minutes to take the elevator down or haul our bags down a fire escape

The room was nice. However upon arrival we pulled up to valet and nobody was there. We waited and finally went to concierge for assistance. So we pay 50 to valet park and the next day they bring car to us covered in bird poop. Didn’t say a word to us. We had to clean it all off paint and windshield. So for $50 obviously not worth it!!!!
