The room is clean, only we noticed is that there is no trash bag on each trash can, not sure if that is normal. Daily room service were done, like changing the used towels and face towels, however is there's no floor mat inside the washroom right next to the shower area. But still it's good to stay there, the environment is quiet. Also one thing is the internet connection, I thought it was free like YouTube and Netflix .

Could not wash clothes in the washer and dryer within adamant time due to their only being one washer and dryer for the entire 11 floors of rooms. AC was broken when we arrived, maintenance fixed it and it broke again. Called maintenance again but nobody showed up. Called again and they came and fixed it but it did not work again. They finally moved us into a new room at 7am. I made them give me late checkout due to the hours of sleep that I lost being uncomfortable in the heat. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers were empty. They charge to self park your car but the parking lot is not gated and does not have security.
