My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of everything. It was very clean, and we especially enjoyed the gym and breakfast. The staff was average—not the best, but not the worst. One downside is the lack of optional parking. Fortunately, a local helped us out. The SA parking lot right behind the hotel costs $10 per night, while the parking garage next to the hotel is $40 per night, and valet parking is $45. Aside from that, our stay was peaceful and enjoyable.

Worth the stay!

Michell at checkin was super friendly and inviting. Beds were very comfortable. Next door construction will definitely wake you up if you’re a late riser. Substantial drop of blood on the wall by the tv. Very noticeable. Shower heads need to be demineralized, however the shower is very spacious. Breakfast was horrendous, never had expectations to begin with. All this to say no one perfect, but they do well in the important areas like staff, location and price point.

DID NOT get the reserved room as promised that we’ve prepaid for!!! We booked double queen beds, but got 1 king bed with NO sofa bed or any portable bed. Our 9yrs old son had to sleep on the floor. His back has been aching because of this!

Clean, modern, hotel, with above average breakfast. Good friendly service. Close to the Riverwalk, and everything else. Note: there is some noise from the street, so if this might bother you, you might look for a hotel with better sound insulation. Advice: use the parking at the City Tower. Flat rate of $10 overnight, rather than $45 at the hotel.
