First, the staff here are great. At check-in, the clerk, whose name i didn't get, spent some time answering my question about getting a car very early the next morning. We were in the lobby at 5:15 the next day where Mikel had breakfast ready knowing that many people staying would be up early to work. She was very kind & is helping us out with a problem we created by leaving a bag in our Lyft car. Liza, took over later and is also helping us figure out how to get our bag to our final destination.

Room was clean..and staff was nice..The outside was very neglected..there was rotten wood and it was very dirty. The building has been lest to fall apart. The photos are from about 10 years ago a staff member said. The rooms were clean but have not repairs in awhile. Torn carpet, wires in corners of rooms sticking out of walls, bathroom vent coming down, and the doors were filthy inside and out.. When I contacted Travelocity they were of no help. I even sent them pictures. The office/eating area needed a good cleaning and upkeep of the tables and chairs..

I didn't have breakfast but the coffee was good. The room was very cold but i wasn't able to adjust or turn off the a/c. It got comfortable with covering the vents for a while. I did not notify the front desk. I'm sure they would've been more than accommodating. Ongoing road construction makes getting around in the area difficult.
