Bed too soft, couldnt get comfortable. I was there overnight because I was having surgery in the morning and getting up at 3a to driive to San Antonio. There were no water glasses in the room, so taking evening meds was difficult. Desk attendant was busy setting up breakfast, so couldn't check out properly, just left keys in a basket at the counter. The place was nice looking and everything was clean, but it wouldnt be my choice to stay if having further surgery.

The linens and bed were clean. They emptied the trash every other day. The shower area needed some maintenance and cleaning. The carpets seemed dirty. I was surprised that there was a parking fee of $5…that should be included in the hotel fees. The walls were thin, but that’s expected. I was NOT happy that I was placed in a room with a connecting door with a deadbolt that did not work. There probably should be some individual maintenance for the rooms to access their repair needs.

The room was very clean; the bedsheets were as well. Check in with Linda was fast and easy. The best feature was the hotel's proximity to the shops in La Cantera. Breakfast was a little sparse. Great place to stay.

I read the reviews while laying in the hotel room and I'm glad I didn't read them prior or else I wouldn't have stayed. My main thing was cleanliness and the firmness of the mattress. My mattress was firm enough for me to have a good night's rest Room- clean, bath-clean. Towels weren't really bright white but that's not to say they weren't clean. Breakfast area- it's not a big area so I couldn't understand why the counters/bar area, tables weren't being constantly cleaned. Attendant seemed to spend more time forever cleaning the coffee bar when I felt the food area needed the most attention. Hallways/walls- needed to be vac'd and walls touched up to remove scuff marks Location- very nice area, lots of shops, stores, restaurants. 5 min from Fiesta,Tx, 5 min from Palladium, approx 20 min from Sea World Price- affordable Food- good if u like lite breakfast- bagels, oatmeal, muffins, oj, apple juice
