We had to switch rooms because the door was broken, 1 minute after entering the new room all of our feet were dirty black. We had to hop in the shower immediately and create a trail to our beds with towels so we wouldn’t have to step on the dirty floor. You get what you pay for its okay for a last resort, it wouldve been better if house keeping actually did their work.

Sorry room and not kept up. Bad stay overall. I wouldn't recommend and I will not stay there again. No thank you. It was not what the pictures showed period at all but close the room is not even the same picture the bed has springs picking out no joke!! Very uncomfortable!! Floor for my 3 year old grandsons socks blank. It was too dirty to let my gson play on that floor!!! The people that work there were nice tho.

Was located within walking distance of Lackland for a good price. Room was decent sized. Shower is small and impractically laid out bathroom. Good sized bed with stiff pillows. Good live tv options. Pool was very nice but only one was working. On my check in day I let the lady know I would need to do a late checkout and she said that would be ok. To just come down the day of checkout to let them know and if they don’t need the room I wouldn’t need to pay the fee. I go down and let a different lady know and she tells be she’ll have to ask her manager. I sit in the lobby for 30 minutes and got no response. I go back to the room and my husband calls and they say that they will not be able to do late checkout we ended up having to book the room for one more day. It appeared very clean with some wear and tear but we did find a very large roach in one of our towels. That was quite the scare.

The front desk person knew there was someone in the rr and still allowed me to walk in. The lamps were not working. No cold water after a long day in the car and in the heat the last thing I wanted was to take a hot shower.! The restroom was so tiny neither my fiancé nor I could actually sit down to do anything.

Small things that stand out to visitors

I loved every that I had talked to. The only complaints I really have is 226 needs a new shower head the water pressure is to high for that small shower head it sounds like it’s going to pop off and high you in the head. And the door to get into the room needs to be fixed and I saw that a lot of the doors where the same it looks like someone was trying to brake in at one point and I was traveling alone it made me feel a little unsafe.

The Pros: Super kind and friendly Staff, convenient location, air conditioner worked great, microwave and refrigerator in the room, USB plugs in the rooms, no problem with hot water, black out blinds, basics were met with no problem. Adequately comfortable beds Cons: Mold in the bathroom that could be easily treated with some bleach but wasn't, the shower head was covered in calcium deposits from hard water and not cleaned in a while, there was a spray of water coming from the actual pipe linking the shower head to the wall, the caulking in the bathroom also showed mold. The breakfast was extremely limited, the juice dispenser didn't look sanitary, overall feeling of 'yuck' when it came to cleanliness in some areas, although I must say even the expensive hotels in San Antonio don't appear to be clean these days...Some rooms were missing chairs and/or hair dryers.
