We arrived at six, but our room wasn’t ready, and we ended up waiting about 45 minutes before we could check in. When we finally got to the room and tried to take a shower, there was no hot water. We called for assistance, but it still didn’t work. On the second day, we had to call again, and they finally replaced it. Overall, this hotel was not worth the money we paid.
