The hotel is very nice and right on the Riverwalk which was very convenient for us. We could walk to our hearts content and then stop along the way to eat and drink.

The hotel is great overall, and the location is perfect. But for it being that pricey I would expect better bedding sheets. It was more like paper than blankets.

The hotel staff are very nice. This Hyatt classifies itself as a resort but it is not clear why. To us it just felt like a regular city hotel bit past its day. The Saturday night music in the atrium is a bit loud for sleeping in the lower rooms. The restaurant was slow service. The room was comfortable and atmosphere of hotel staff and fellow guests was very good. Great location for downtown attractions including the Alamo!
