Nothing unique, but was convenient to downtown areas. What i didn't like were the large group of guest (17+) that would go to the breakfadt area and eat, but not leave, or not eat at all and sit there occupying seats until 10am, while other guests had to stand and wait for seating. This same large group of people sat poolside in the evenings, but never went in the pool, while families with kids had to stand, or sit on the cement.

Family trip

I would definitely recommend this hotel, based on price, cleanliness, and comfort. We did have a little hiccup during check in, rooms were not ready by 4pm; however, we had an emergency and ended up in the hospital the day of our checkout, and the staff worked with us, allowing a later checkout. Thank you for understanding.

We went for spring break! The area was fine very easy Access to the riverwalk. The staff was amazing and helpful. We left our car parked and walked everywhere we went. They definitely accommodate the disabled. The warm cookies in the evening was nice

This is our first long trip with our new EV, and the Hampton had level 2 stations available that didn’t require any fancy app or fees: just plugged in and was fully charged in 3.5 hours. Thank you Hampton!

We were there for a few days, the staff was really nice no problem there. Place is a little outdated, there is absolutely no lighting in the rooms. Only light they have is when you walk in by the door, one small table lamp, and 2 side table lamps and one of them didn't work. We literally had a flashlight getting ready because even with the blinds open it was still super dark! Shower was great can't complain. Beds were the worse! Pillows are literally just air, so uncomfortable. Other than that it was decent but not worth $600 though.

The hotel was ok. I expected it to be nicer being that it was on the Riverwalk. The room itself was decent but the bathroom definitely needs some renovations. The toilet and bathtub are very old. Not sure if I would stay again. If I am going to stay on the Riverwalk I’d prefer to stay somewhere that’s more up to date.

The girl gave us room 513. It was taken by a man that was half naked when I walked in and I’m glad my granddaughter didn’t walk in first then we got room 203 and it was not very clean. I didn’t even stay there the second day

Hampton Inn bed and bugs deluxe

I have stated other Hampton Inns before. This Hampton Inn has got to be one of the dirtiest Hampton Inns I have ever seen. I spilled water on the floor and when I went to wipe it up the towel was black from the floor. The tub is so old it did not drain but it was also peeling from the paint that was used on it. There was no wash rags, no bath mat and no toilet paper on the holder. I had to search for toilet paper. The a/c was so noisy when it was turned on, that i finally just put the very warm room. The beds was very uncomfortable and the pillows was flat. The whole bedding was worn out. I will not stay at another HAMPTON INN AGAIN. I WILL ALSO DISCOURAGE FAMILY AND FRIENDS FROM DOING SO!!! Hampton Inn you need to do better, your quality of accommodation are horrible. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
