The room was not ready at 8 pm. I leave the hotel and I had to rent another room in a different hotel.

We didnt event get to stay. I arrived and the front desk was closed. I used the phone that was there to call the after hours number. The man that was there told me i couldnt check in because the manager did not leave him any keys and he couldnt access the computers to pull anything up. He told me to check back in the morning. I explained i needed a place that night and he said he didnt know what to tell me. I asked if he could call his manager to find our reservation. He went to the back. While i was waiting another person staying there came in and tried to use his key card to open the door but it wasnt working. After 20 mins the man came back and opened the door and asked what the other person needed. Already upset at the man, the person staying at the hotel told him that he was trying to get in because he lived there and he didnt want to see his face anymore. The man then turned to me and told me he couldnt find anything on my reservation and that the manager didnt leave him anything. I asked if he called her and he said no. He said he wasnt going to and that we couldnt stay the night and to check back in the morning.

This is an extended stay hotel. The room does not come with sheets and other essentials. These are only available for an extra fee. There is no housekeeping and only 1 bare towel per person. They charge a cash deposit. Additionally, it is listed as 12 miles from SeaWorld. Maybe as the crow flies, but if you drive like the rest of us, it's about 20 miles.
