Good place overall

Not much to rave about as far as the rooms go, but not much to complain about either. The staff was exceptionally nice! They were working on the roof and doing some room renovations which I saw as a good thing. The pool was maintained decently, the towels were clean, and everything worked properly.

The place was dirty, wasnt like in the pictures, had bugs when we went in and left in the morning, cancelled the stay because it didnt feel good staying, one of the lamps had a broken bottom half of a light bulb with the current still going, there was a brown splatter ok the roof keep in mind we were in the upstairs room.

Wow! Amazed. The price, condition, staff, area, and cleanliness! I was baffled in a good way. Wow. I definitely will be staying here every time I go to SA. The night gentleman, which i believe was James. Phenomenal customer service. Just the sweetest man ever. I hate that I cant upload photos here. The King bed was just so huge and comfortable. Bathroom spotless. Couldn't get TV to work, but another staff memeber was there in less than 3 min. Microwave didnt work, but cthe other features and room made up for that. Had a fridge. They have smoking rooms too. Smelled so nice. I just loved it!

We didn’t stay there, cancelled as soon as we saw our room. Sheets had blood between them, three lights were broken the bulbs hanging, unfolded a hand towel, it was dirty, had a broken coffee pot with no lid and already opened coffee bag,and no cups. The sink and tub had black stuff around the edge. Walked in and out. Very very filthy. Went straight to the front desk and told them to cancel.

This property is nasty. They have old raggady furniture. No lights that work. The phone didn't work. Very ghetto looking. Hotel doesn't even have a sign now i know why. Feels very unsafe. Sketchy people outside. So definitely DID NOT STAY! Asked for a refund and of course they did not but out safety was my priority they can keep the damn money. Oh and had to pay cash or vemno no debit or cc machine how convient for them.
