The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The best thing was the water pressure in the shower. The staff was very friendly.

I stayed for 4 nights, when I arrived they took the full payment for the stay instead of a deposit, I thought it was odd but that’s ok, first room had a stained comforter, second room had stains on the walls and water damage on the bathroom door, when going out into the common area at night to get coffee there were a lot of roaches in the breakfast area. The bed was also not comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and the other guests were quiet. I would not stay again just based on the lack of cleanliness.

They had to move my room because of mold. Once I got into the next room I simply set my bag down and went to go have dinner. There are a lot of places to eat very close/within walking distance if you want to walk. However I came back I was extremely tired I was just ready to go to bed and I went to crawl into my bed and noticed that there were stains on my comforter hair and What look like cookie crumbs in the bed I immediately went out to the manager I showed him photos and he told me that there was nothing I could do because I accepted the second room and that if there was a problem I should’ve told him earlier. I took photos, for whatever reason you can’t upload photos on Expedia when you’re doing reviews. But the guy that checked me in and that was there that night, he saw them that’s all that matters. When you wake up and go to have the breakfast Monday through Thursday I think is what they told me there’s no options except for vegan waffles, little cups of yogurt coffee and bread. That’s it. The guy was offended that I asked him if there were any eggs, he simply said not during the week. I’m quickly learning my lesson about package deals. Never again

First room was dirty, sheets were stained yellow when called front desk to change sheets they said to go downstairs and they would give me new ones so I can change myself. Asked for another room and same thing with the sheets. Towels were stained and dirty with old makeup residue. Sink, toilet and shower were stained including the shower curtain. The walls also had food stains and so did the window curtains. The couch was even worse than the bed of stains and dirtiness. They say that you get what you paid for, but this hotel was beyond that. Breakfast was cold and when asked if they were going to put more sausage and egg they said no that they had ran out. Staff were rude especially the front desk people. When asked for management they said he’s wasn’t there to just call a number they had posted on the wall. The reviews give this hotel a high rating, however they are lies. Only good thing is its location but beyond that it is a horrible and disgusting hotel.

Poor breakfast service

Good and clean place, just the breakfast was without enough food, they don't refill the trays when they are empty, we had to take breakfast at another place. They charged me another 8 USD because "the reservation was made through a third-party"

Not a good stay

My curtains were ripped and I could not close them as a female this is important. I informed the front desk and all she could say was I'm sorry I don't have another king room available. At that point she could have put me in any room or offered a bedsheet but no offer was made. I asked for a binder clip and all she could find was the food grade clips from the kitchen. Bed was uncomfortable not to mention they have a resort fee which I did not see on the website I used. It was only $4 so no big deal, however it's been a week and I still don't have my deposit back. There was something stuck to the bathroom door and there was hair hanging from it. I don't recommend this hotel nor will I be back.

Clean room however 1 of our rooms we found 2 roaches and 1 room had a extremely dirty tub. It appeared stained until i went out and bought a scrubber and cleaner. Otherwise all was good. Great value for the price.
