Towels???
We had asked at the front desk for bath towels as there were only 2 in the room and we had four people in our party. They told us that someone would bring them up. After two hours, my husband went downstairs again to the front desk and asked again and was asked “What happened to the ones we just sent you?” When my husband told them we had never received them, again he was told they would be sent up. The towels never came. We gave up and went to sleep dirty and sweaty. Also the carpet smelled mildewy.
