My only complaint is the cleaning staff tried to enter the room without knocking even though we had the do not disturb sign on door knob. Everything thing else was excellent.

The most inconvenient part of the stay is the parking space. Customer priority and safety should be number one and that parking garage should only accommodate the paying customers. Checking in at 11pm with kids and being told to pay to park elsewhere and walk back was upsetting. Holiday Inn staff were friendly! location was clean and comfy.

Great Customer Service

This experience was amazing. Snow from the hotel and Concencious from hotels.com took VERY good care of me. I booked the wrong date in a non-refundable room. They were able to assist and resolved the issue with amazing customer service!!! I will definitely be choosing them in the future.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was great. The paring situation stink if you have a 250 and up truck you can’t pa k at the hotel or have valet parking which we don’t find out until we arrived.

Overall, a poor experience. One of the staff members was incredibly rude. The elevator broke one morning during our stay. I called the desk to inform her that we were stuck on the 16th floor because my mother cannot go down 16 flights of stairs. The woman at the desk said “well there is nothing I can do about that” and hung up on me! We had to wait 25 minutes for the elevator to be fixed, causing us to miss our brunch reservation and accrue an Uber cancellation charge. Additionally, the garage parking was very inconvenient since there is only one elevator allowing access to the garage, causing incredibly long lines. The only perk to this property is the close proximity to downtown and the riverwalk. The staff certainly need a lesson on empathy and customer experience!

The pool and patio look nothing like advertised. Beds were very comfortable but we moved a chair back some and found someone’s makeup brush and a few other belongings. Shower drained very slowly and our mirror had a pretty big spot with sticker residue, which could have been easily removed with alcohol. Starbucks right across the street and the location is great. Would only recommend if you’re trying to stay along river walk and can’t find any where else to stay. Definitely not worth the amount we paid during spring break though.

I reported the phone in the room not working since the first night i stayed there. The night before i left they sent someone to look at the phone and the the phone itself was broken.The pull out bed didnt have any bedding so when i asked the front dest they only brought sheets and no comforter.

The headboards from the bed were so dirty a simple clean would have fixed this issue. Thermostat literally was black on and around the button making it so gross to even want to change the temperature. Went up to try and enjoy the pool only to be shocked at the build up around the inside of the pool totally disgusting. This isn’t a cheap hotel so you would think they pay attention to detail. Overall was a huge let down for cost.
