Great hotel for San Antonio stay!
We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Riverside! The location was great, easy to get to the Riverwalk. San Antonio is a beautiful city. The room was nice and clean with comfy beds. Only complaint was the bathroom lighting which was dim . Staff was friendly and the buffet was very good!

Great location, direct access to the Riverwalk. Hotel was clean and staff was great! Tall vehicles will not fit in garage, but off site parking is within a 5 min walk.

The air conditioner did not work through out our stay. They couldn’t give us another room because they were all booked. Maintenance brought us a fan to help which it really didn’t. Never staying there again.

Our stay was great! The hotel employess were courteos and inquired if all was well. The room was very clean and the matress on the bed was the Best I have slept on away from home. Overall, our stay was a pleasant experience!

Front desk was not cooperative with any accommodations you needed and gave an excuse for them being busy and sold out. I had to wait 50 mins for room service to bring a toothpaste. When I called front desk again to check up on how long it’ll take, I was told that they can’t give me a time frame cause they are busy.
