Everything would have been perfect but whoever the housekeeper was assign to clean the room before out check in apparently failed to clean the toilet.

The staff was uniformly helpful, friendly, courteous, and ‘on top of their game’. The location, right on The Riverwalk’, puts most of the Heart of San Antonio in easy walking distance. For those two things alone, I would recommend the hotel. The room was problematic. The interior of the hotel needs to be renovated! The bathroom in my room was particularly difficult and disappointing. Both the toilet and the shower were in the same undersized room (closet?), that would have been adequate for either, not not both. Entering and leaving this space was exceedingly difficult, as the only place to stand was directly in the path of the door, that opened into the room. The bathroom area of the room is in desperate need of reconfiguring! Don’t believe me? Go try it! I can’t imagine anyone with even the slightest disability using that bathroom without being at risk of a fall or worse. FIX IT! Before it starts costing you customers. That is THE one reason why I would be reluctant to recommend this hotel.

It was okay a little pricy after all the add ons. Breakfast was mediocre, I think the scrambled eggs were made from powdered eggs. Rooms were old and run down, hotel is in need of an update. I’ll stay at a better hotel next time.
