Clean, large rooms, wonderful shower, Great Staff!, Excellent location. It is a minimalist design - polished concrete, abstract/spanglish art, and smaller public areas - but very comfortable. Bar & restaurant right on the Riverwalk which is very good, and a 3rd floor bar overlooking the street and downtown that was also very pleasant. Would stay again for sure. Did I say great staff!

Dirty sock left in room. Curtains disconnected from closure rod. Besides a limited menu at breakfast , because of Slow bussing of tables during breakfast, which gathered 5-7 pidgeons landing on tables eating off plates (absolutely disgusting) , flying around others. At checkout had to request my 18.00 credit per day, because it wasn’t reflecting on bill. As a Hilton reward member, still had to pay a ridiculous 50.00 early (by an hour and half) check in fee, was lowered to 25.00 ( geez thanks)!! Wanted to leave car downstairs, for 20-30 minutes to go change, was told I would be charged 30.00 for that time, so drove and paid to park in garage 4 blocks away!! Bathroom door downstairs in restaurant broken, and one out of order. Will absolutely never stay there again, and will never refer anyone to that facility ever!!!!

It’s very convenient because it’s right on the Riverwalk, but the restaurant and bar service at the hotel are not very good and they are very expensive. Also, the elevators weren’t all working and we had to wait about 20 minutes each time we needed the elevator.

Excellent stay. Excellent restaurant. Only 4 stars because there is no ice machines on any floors and they provide you with a water bottle to fill on your floor but the bottles are heavily spotted due to hard water so it does not look inviting to use.

The experience did not live up to our expected level for a Hilton. Our room, although booked months in advance, was not ready until after 9:30pm. The valet was so backed up that we eventually self-parked after waiting for 30 minutes. It literally took over 5 minutes to get hot water to the shower and the elevators were struggling to keep up (I think only one of the three was functioning). The room was comfortable and clean with all the usual amenities. We enjoyed the hotel bar. We did not try the restaurant. The hotel staff was very pleasant, just overwhelmed with most of the issues beyond their control to remedy.

Location was great. However when we checked in, we were told that there is a charge $18 charge per day. We were also told that this charge was supposed to be credited towards any room charge and it would rollover per day. When U checked out and recieved the itemized bill, the $18 fee/credits did not roll over. It we did not use it that specific day. then we got a full charge.

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The good: Clean room, nice decor, and great location. The bad: Pillows too soft, bed hard, ratty looking rug in bathroom. A/C vent above door to room blew nonstop! Thermostat didn't control that vent! Thankfully there was a door separating the bedroom or we would've froze. Requesting extra blankets and they were thin and hard. Refrigerator in room, but no microwave. Ice machines being serviced while we were there. Why not have a drinking fountain with refill bottle station? While we were able to get water from front desk, it was warm :(
