My husband and I frequent San Antonio we visit at least 2 or 3 times a month and often bring friends or family members. We have stayed at the Estancia every time we go to San Antonio for the last year. We were embarrassed and disappointed this past weekend. We arrived at 3:50 right before check in at 4. We were told our (3) rooms weren’t ready. We waited for about an hour patiently but after an additional 40 mins we were ready to unwind and get ready for dinner. We were told we would be transferred to different rooms. We were finally settled around 6pm in our rooms. We headed out for dinner. At 8am Monday morning we woken up by house keeping asking what time we planned on checking out! This has never happened before. I let them know I would be checking out at 12 the usual time, at 11:30 we get another knock at the door and were asked if we were going to be leaving by 12 and if we weren’t did we give management prior notice. We normally have a wonderful time at the Estancia it’s a beautiful hotel and the ambiance is ideal for a couple just looking to hang out away from the river walk. Management was notified and they were very apologetic they seemed to care which made me feel a little better.

Very lovely stay we had. The room was updated. Nice beds, restroom and the room in general was very nice. I will definitely stay again when we come back to San Antonio.
