I reserved this hotel for my out of town guest! Upon check in the staff was rude and demanded that my BFF call me to say , what? Other than I’m I so and so! Than they told my BFF that she would need to recheck in the following day! This is ridiculous. Mind you! My guest had to pay $10 a day for parking!!!! For what? Gssss we already paid $130 a night and the Hilton still wants parking$$$ . I’m furious! Frustrated for my guest or any other guest to experience surprises ans rudeness! I also called for a whole day and the front desk never answered the phone! 1-800 also took a very long time to answer!

The hotel felt old, the people were nice, the rooms were ok (average) it felt old with no real updates of the property , unlike the double tree in Colorado springs our stay was ok.

There was obvious mold on the bathroom ceiling. It also had Sheetrock and vent damage in the bathroom It was also extremely noisy since our room overlooked the courtyard. Even on the 3rd floor, the group of men in the courtyard were loud enough that it seemed like they were in the room with us. Very difficult to get my 5 year old to sleep.
