The staff at the desk were very rude and not helpful and seemed not to care about the people who stayed there. We will not stay at that hotel again. We like the room but the floors and hallways were dirty and the elevator floors were dirty. We had to go to desk and get clean towels. So no we will not stay at that hotel again.

When I book the room, it didn’t specify that I would have to pay for parking. It should have been included in the reservation price. Also the shower head had a leak and the top of the shower curtain was mesh so water sprayed all over the restroom soaking our clothes

The property was near everything so we could walk wherever we went. That was perfect. The only issue I had is I found blonde hair throughout the room and restroom...in the bed as well. Other than that, no issues and we enjoyed our stay.

1st got sent to a room where the bedding was standing against the wall not sure if the room had been contaminated with this virus cause everything was all over the place ...2nd. Go back down get sent to a different room the key didn’t work.... 3rd and worst thing can ever happen I paid to park in a parking lot that they use to wake up and our vehicle is stolen.... This was just one of the worst experience of a life in the Hotel .... very much so nerve wrecking and frustrating moment I’ve had to deal with.... What they did for me refund my Parking and a bottle of coke
