"We had a great stay and two staff members stood out. -Theresa the front desk was very informative and professional. She really showed care and genuinely wanted to make sure we had a good stay at The Drury Plaza - Juan, the busser, went above and beyond. He saw me eating my meal standing since the dining area was pretty busy. My wife and daughter had chairs. I didn’t ask or make a big deal about having to stand , but Juan went to get a chair and brought it to me. Thank you Juan!!"

"I stayed for 2 nights. This was my first time staying at this place. It is a good sized place at 151rooms and an elevator. Corner of Cesar Chavez and South Flores. A lot of parking spaces in front and back. Across the street is a mini HEB with a gasoline station. It was easy to get in and out. The room itself was comfy... a sort of mini suite. Interestingly, the microwave/ mini fridge was located in front of the entrance to the room. The bathroom was big too. There was a towel hook on the bathroom door and but a hook closer to the bathtub/ shower would have been helpful. Lots of interesting art frames. The only quibble is that the pillows are rather on the firm side. I prefer pillows that are more on the softer side. The central location is great, although downtown SA Street are sort of cray cray the way they're formulated. Still, I look forward to visiting there again "
