Room was great, would prefer an empty fridge to put my own drinks in and a little more info at check in such as spa amenities and hours but would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again

Staff was great, room was wonderful, bed was a little uncomfortable but other wise good. Room was incredibly cold even with the heater on, never got above 65. If I could make a note to add waters to the room

I had a roach I. My room Alerted the front desk I changed rooms i demanded for a reimbursement since I paid over 1,000 and they only took off the valet charges. I will never go there again and it was Valentine’s Day. Totally ruined my trip
