"Breakfast should have been better. Room condition was good, clean, staff were courteous. Good location, 15 minutes drive from river walk."

"The room I was given half was completely soaked due to a leak from the AC or possibly from the carpet being left wet after cleaning. I contacted the front desk and was told that no other rooms were available. The only solution offered was towels for the floor, which is unacceptable. There was also no manager on-site to address the issue. The room smelled damp and was very uncomfortable to stay in. Additionally, the bathroom is extremely small, which made the overall experience even worse."

I went down to the front desk six different times she said that they were gonna send somebody up. They never sent nobody up. The pool was closed never opened back up. The staff was unbelievably rude. I will never stay at this place ever again."
