The room was terrible. They had double booked. My family was woken up in the middle of the night with another guest trying to get in because they have been booked in that room. Also, the air conditioners didn’t work. They removed three times in the middle of the night and ended up in a room with a toilet that didn’t work. This is unacceptable and no monetary compensation was offered for all of the trouble.

Despite pre payment we could not stay here. I will receive my full amount of payment refunded. We asked for a quiet room at the back. We were given one having I410. Then it was on the 10th floor and i went to the elevator to go down. The light never came on and the elevator never came. Down the stairs! Unbelievable. Totally sketchy.

Checked us in late. About 2 hours. They gave me a complimentary room. The room and inside hotel needs revamping and a total facelift. Our room looked old and the plaster repair in the bathroom looked bad. This hotel felt more like a motel.

I booked a room with one queen bed but got a room with 2 queen beds. The shower leaked water all over the floor. The vent in the bathroom did not work. The AC did not blow out enough cold air. The breakfast bar was pricy.
