Overall we came in with normal expectations just to enjoy a relaxing 5 night stay as a couple to get away from the daily life stress. Once we arrived we were greeted with champagne and cold towels, as well as friendly staff. The room was spacious comfortable and quiet with a nice view of the resort as well as the ocean. The food options and quality of food here is very very very good compared to everywhere else. All of the specialty restaurants are very good, in particular seaside, they have amazing steak for resort food. I would definitely comeback and recommend this place to anyone. Lots to do with family or even when traveling alone. 100/10

Amazing resort, we were greeted with a nice drink and cool wash cloths. All the staff are eager to please and make your vacation wonderful. The resort is clean, beautiful and just the right size for navigating. The Buffet is on the small side and at times lacked dinner options. The a la carte restaurants were amazing and made up for the dinner buffet. The lunch options were plentiful, many days a lathe outdoor buffet was set up with a bbq which was so great! The Explorers club was FANTASTIC! My daughter never wanted to leave it, super organized, great activities and awesome staff. My only downfall was the room layouts are not overly private when staying with children, semi frosted glass doors to the toilet and shower and open concept rooms that aren’t overly big. I would love to return to this resort again in the future.

The staff was truly amazing. I have celiac disease so I need to eat gluten free. Every time we ate, they asked if anyone had allergies. Menu items were clearly marked and at the buffet, a chef showed me around identifying safe items to eat. I appreciate the care the staff showed at every opportunity. Plus the pool is fun, the beach was lovely If you're not downstairs early enough the lounge chairs WILL be taken, but if you don't freak out and just go swimming, it's fine!

Our experience here was phenomenal. The resort had everything we wanted - amenities, beauty, cleanliness, variety, location. But the best part was the staff, who provided service that absolutely couldn't be beat. Rating: Six out of five stars!

Room was extremely cramped for a family with 2 children. Two double beds and two rollaway cribs were really difficult to work with. No room for baby to roam. Also, frosted glass separations for toilet / shower with rest of the room would be very strange if kids were a bit older. Would have preferred more privacy.

We really enjoyed our stay as a family of four, with two toddlers under 5. The kids loved the pools, and the kids club. It was handy to be able to have dinner alone as a couple and pickup our kiddos next door. We liked how compact the resort is, and how quick it is to get to the beach, your room, or dining. Our only suggestions are that it would have been nice if our backyard pool was heated, as January is relatively cool. Our personal pool while a perk, was under-utilized as a result. We also would suggest more and more variety in the buffet, including dinners and at breakfast as these get repetitive. Otherwise very lovely resort and would recommend to families.
