Room was clean, they had food/water bowls for my pet, the location was perfectly in walking distance between the aquarium and the art museum, loved being able to use the bikes for a bike ride across the bridge.

Everything was great, but there was small leak that was constantly dripping in the upstairs bathtub that made it annoying trying to go to sleep. Luckily I was able to slightly move the handles and get it to turn off, but I do think it’s something that should be addressed.

Stayed for our honeymoon and was pleasantly pleased. Had everything we needed or wanted. Was far enough away to enjoy the quiet, but close enough to enjoy downtown Gatlinburg. Thank yall so much. We will definitely be returning.

The cabin was super nice but when we arrived the upstairs bathroom smelled of cigarettes and had ashes on the toilet seat. Got woke up super early Friday morning with the construction going on. But other than that, it was great cabin the road to get there was a little rough, but loved it.
