This is a nice hotel right in the middle of a very active area. If you like large crowds, lots of shopping and activities right out your balcony this is the place for you. Not a quiet place but nice and clean. Be sure and get the valet parking or you’ll regret picking up and dropping off your car in chaos. The valet team does an excellent job. All staff were nice. Pool was cloudy for our stay, hot tub was ok.

Our stay here was great! It is by far one of the best Margaritaville Resorts I have been to. The minute we walked in we were greeted and treated to so many perks! The staff was amazing.

So the A/C un it in the room was very lacking. They had to bring a Box fan to our room to supplement. I would really hate to stay there in July/August if it's always like that. Shame too...because the than that everything is excellent!!!

Very well themed and friendly staff. However this property has issues with parking is far away unless you valet. The unloading area is extremely small for the size of this hotel even getting in to unload can be challenging with all the people walking in the area. The cleanliness is not what I expected. I put on a pair of clean socks and literally after 10 minutes walking around the room they were black on the bottom. And lots of dust everywhere around the room. The walkway out front can be extremely slippery if it rains. Again the staff is very friendly.

The room was larger and even nicer than the photos. Every person who worked there was very nice and helpful. I was disappointed in the spa. It advertised manicures and pedicures but they don't currently offer them there.

Arriving to check in and parking is quite chaotic. If you don’t want to pay extra for valet, self park is a good 5 min walk. Trying to get to the entrance to unload and check in is wild. Traffic is non stop and a trolley comes by for pick up right in the middle of everything. Fair warning concierge not only want to help you with local attraction tickets but for a timeshare tour. The young men are easy to talk to and very sweet, but it’s the last thing I want to discuss after a 3 hour trip and trying to get luggage up to my room. Maybe it was the time of year we stayed but there was a lot of noise near our room very early in the mornings. The location is ideal if you don’t have a lot planned away from Pigeon Forge. We liked that we could hang out and walk to The Island or other nearby restaurants and shops.
