The staff was great. The room was wonderful. We had a river view room and it was so peaceful. Just so happened that we were there during an 8" snowfall and most everything was closed. They kept the kitchne open for room service and we were able to enjoy our couples massage at St. Somewhere even while being short staffed. Very nice!
