Lovely new hotel. Great location, very clean and modern. The pools are great. Drinks at the bar are pricey but that's to be expected. Friendly staff. My only complaint was the pillows - they flatten to pancakes as soon as your head hits them. But certainly not a dealbreaker!

Well worth the price, a great place.

The photos didn't do this hotel justice. We entered the lobby to check-in, and was immediately hit with a light refreshing scent of coconut. The valet gentleman was polite and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, but friendly, which we appreciated after a long drive. The hotel lobby and common area was clean and everyone was very nice. We took the elevator to our top floor rooms, which were clean, and surprisingly spacious. The room has nautical, adventurer, "compass" details, which i loved. The TV was easy to operate. Our orivate patios had lounge chairs and a table, and the breeze was great on the top floor. 2 bottles of complimentary water, also very appreciated. The bathrooms were impressive and spacious...bar of soap, hand lotion, and liquid hand wash. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower, all coconut scented. The shower itself was great, 2 shower heads, great pressure, it was hot/warm almost immediately. My onky 2 issues - the bed, which is always hit or miss, pillows were too soft, and the bed itself was ok, but it is a hotel, and thsts somewhat to be expected. The in room coffee wasnt very good, and the creamer pods seemed stale or just not fresh. All in All, we would definitely stay here again. Tons of entertainment for kids, super close to a lot of attractions in Pigeon Forge. A great place to stay.

Amazing property, terrible service. Hotel was super clean, we enjoyed our stay, minus all the really unhelpful staff. Had 5 interactions with staff employees while there. 4 were super negative, not helpful and almost rude, and the 5th was the concierge who was nice, mostly because he just wanted to sell me stuff to local attractions.
