Pro: The staff (Latoya) moved me to a room that did not connect to any others when my neighbors were loud. Con: I stopped at the hotel to drop off my luggage before I went out for the day. They acknowledged that rooms were ready but that I would have to pay an additional $50.00 to enter the room early.

The hotel was very clean and new. The rooms were large and comfortable. The showers were great and had amazing water pressure. Thw outdoor and indoor pools kept the children entertained for hours. There was a small game area inside tbat we missed until the last day and my kids were sad we didnt get to use it. Our only complaint was the drinks from the outdoor bar. They were very small for the price and not very good. Not flavorful and there didnt seem to be any alcohol in them. The breakfast was really good. Staff was constantly stocking items and very nice. I would have loved some creamers other than just half and half for the coffee.

Check in was very nice, front desk was so friendly. The hotel is very nice & clean. However around 9:30p an employee walked into our room and it was uncomfortable and startled our kids. She had left something in the room and thought the room was empty but uncomfortable and I’m sure a one off but uncomfortable
