Enjoyed breakfast on site. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Especially Svitlana, she was very friendly and helped get us what we needed for my young grandchildren. She definitely went the extra mile. Also the lady who checked my husband and I in when we arrived was very friendly as well. I did not get her name. The beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was great. Everything was clean, hope you always keep it that way! We had pool view of the awesome pool area. If I could change anything, it would be a small sink and microwave at the counter above the fridge. It was an awesome stay and hope to visit again in the future.

Fun, clean, and entertaining, but a little noisy

Our family enjoyed the hotel but disliked hearing music from the pool area so early every morning. If the music could be started at ten in the morning, or just turned down a bit until then, it would be so much better. The only other complaint that we would have is the pillows. It seemed no matter how many were stacked, they would be flat.

Like so much, food was good at 5 o'clock somewhere. The location of the property is great beautiful views of the mountains. Staff was very friendly a willing to help. Only down side housekeeping did not come to get trash and towels. Had to call for new clean towels or for the pick up of the dirty towels and trash.
