Pro: The staff (Latoya) moved me to a room that did not connect to any others when my neighbors were loud. Con: I stopped at the hotel to drop off my luggage before I went out for the day. They acknowledged that rooms were ready but that I would have to pay an additional $50.00 to enter the room early.

Awesome hotel, from the staff as soon as you walk in, to the bar and grill, spacious and clean room. The location is amazing. Literally right in the middle of everything. Will be the only place we stay, when we go to the mountains!

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The lobby is beautiful and smells nice, the outdoor fire pit and hangout area is beautiful. The pool and hot tub are excellent (though they need to ditch the wet rugs in the pool area, gross.) The rooms, bathrooms, and balconies are amazing… so spacious with tons of storage room! One of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in! Everything is very clean! The parking lot is great. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety but unfortunately none of it is very good. Still rate this hotel 10/10 and we will be back.

The hotel was very clean! Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was 8/10. The only thing is I wish that they used food warming appliances like other hotels instead of pans. I’d definitely recommend it to others.

Staff was very courteous and helpful if needed. The hotel was amazing, we had a great experience. Hotel was colorful, clean, spacious and beautiful. Children loved the indoor pool, although they got cold very fast due to water being cold during our stay. Hotles fire place and jacuzzi was a amazing. We look forward coming back during warmer weather. I recommend you to stay at Compass by Margaritaville.
