Pro: The staff (Latoya) moved me to a room that did not connect to any others when my neighbors were loud. Con: I stopped at the hotel to drop off my luggage before I went out for the day. They acknowledged that rooms were ready but that I would have to pay an additional $50.00 to enter the room early.

We called ahead and asked if I had party decoration sent to the hotel could they decorate our room for my 9 year old neice and my 4 year old daughter. They were more than happy too. The girls were so happy. We had the best family time together. They did not want to leave. We will be back.

We loved the location and the balcony that overlooked the main road and mountains behind. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Our kids had a blast at the pool on the slides and in the lazy river.

Spent 4 days and 3 nights. One of the most comfortable, clean, and spacious hotels at a reasonable price. Definitely would recommend for anyone. Only side note, lots of families with kids, so if you're looking for quiet time, not the hotel for you. The amenities were well worth it.
