Pro: The staff (Latoya) moved me to a room that did not connect to any others when my neighbors were loud. Con: I stopped at the hotel to drop off my luggage before I went out for the day. They acknowledged that rooms were ready but that I would have to pay an additional $50.00 to enter the room early.

All of the front desk staff could use an attitude adjustment. Any time you ask them a question, it feels like you’re bothering them. This usually happens at places with high ratings — upper management gets too comfortable and eases up on their employees. Also, be aware they’ll charge you a $50 early check-in fee, even if you arrive just 10 minutes before the 4 p.m. check-in time.
