This is our second time staying at the inn on the river and we will definitely be back! The staff are great! Excellent breakfast and amenities!! Very convenient to everything and the rooms were clean and comfortable!!

our only complaints were there were no bath room vent / fan in our room which led to if anyone went to number 2 the smell never left and when we showered everything steamed up which in turn left moisture on everything in the whole room also no ice on 3rd floor room. we took complaints to front desk on first day we were told ice machine would be reported to maintenance never was fixed and we were told there are no bath fans in rooms it all works on a central duct system ? i have a video of the bathroom next to front desk that has an actual bath fan that turns on when you turn light on so not sure why every room doesnt have one ? because they definitely need one

This place was beautiful upon driving in to the parking lot. The exterior was clean & beautifully decorated. The lobby was amazingly breath taking with the Christmas decor being “tea!” Our rooms were immaculate and the view of the river right outside our balcony was the icing on the cake. I loved the free coffee/ hot chocolate station and popcorn each evening, as well as the hotel being in very close proximity to almost all the worthwhile attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel. Our stay was absolutely amazing.

Staff was friendly, everything was clean, but they got rid of my room on accident, then could only provide me with two separate rooms as a comp, and then offered to switch the next day. I settled for a smaller room with a cot, which was fine since we only stayed for two days. But still frustrated at the mistake. I did love the view and location.

The staff were awesome. Very clean. The free cookies and apple cider were delicious. Also enjoyed the free cappuccino and hot Coco. The front lobby had activities for the kiddos and was relaxing to sit in front of the fire.
