This is our first, but not our last visit to the condos. The staff were fantastic. The condos were spacious, clean and extremely comfortable! The indoor pool area is fabulous. We can’t wait to come back.

Overall, the stay was excellent. This was my second time here and I will return; however, there were some issues with this unit: (1). Huge glob of hair in the shower; (2). Master bath toilet seat was loose; (3). Kitchen faucet leaked.

First off, the website is portrayed as a hotel. When I arrived, I'm told that it's a privately owned condo that has it's own rules that I supposed to follow. I get into my room and I'm greeted by 2 locked doors that I have to go through just to get to my room. When I get into the room, I greeted with a bubbled up "wood" floor in front of the washing machine that almost cut my foot. The master bedroom had a king bed the was too hard and a topper on it that was too soft. The sheets on the bed kept coming off the mattress during the knight. And the TV remote in the master bedroom would barely work. On the the bathroom! The only complaint here was the shower. The shower had a double head (one shower head on each side of the shower) which was neat but this caused very poor pressure and there was not an option to turn off one of these heads to increase the pressure in the other. The kitchen was ok. We were a little disappointed to buy some pizzas from the grocery store only to find out that there was not an oven in the kitchen, only a stovetop. We made it work though. The AC in the room was extremely freezing! We had to keep turning the temp up because the air kept blowing frozen air. There was a nice and large balcony that we could sit out on and enjoy the peaceful view of the Dolly Parton Stampede parking lot along with our river view that we paid for. One thing we did not expect was to find a homeless person actually living in a van down by the river in front of our room.

Awesome location. Clean and well maintained rooms. Comfortable beds. Indoor pool was great and easy to access. Unfortunately we weren’t able to utilize the Lazy River due to scheduling (on our part), but it looked great. We there to go to Dollywood for 3 days and it was absolutely perfect. Would definitely stay again

This resort is amazing! The rooms are fantastic, clean, and roomy. The beds were so comfortable! We loved the amenities! If I had to fuss about anything, I wish they’d at least bring in clean towels every day or 2 during your stay rather than having to go to the office for them, and I wish they provided coffee filters at least. Having a full kitchen with coffee pot was great, but who wants to buy a thousand coffee filters for a 3 or 4 day stay? And salt and pepper, we loved having the option to cook something rather than eating out every meal, but again, buying a whole salt and pepper and shaker was unnecessary. Small things to gripe about though considering everything else about our stay was absolutely top notch! We’ll certainly be back! (Will just remember to pack a few coffee filters and seasonings! lol!)
