The room was clean and in good order.The staff was friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast room and the company that it kept. I did have to unplug and reset the tv to make it work. But it really wasn't a big deal. I will stay there again.

We stayed here for my son’s 8th birthday weekend and I cannot express how Amazing our stay was here. We had his two 9yr old cousins with us one being special needs and the staff was more then accommodating. We got a little loud when presents were opened and they were so polite to us while I was trying to get 3 rowdy birthday kids calmed down. The cleanliness was top notch. We went down for breakfast and the cleaning staff came in cleaned up all our dirty towels refreshed us on those changed the trash and even cleaned the toilet. They also took the kiddos stuffed animals and made them all set up cute on the bed picture below. The pools were very clean as well and breakfast was good. Definitely going to be our go to stay spot when we come to town. 10/10 recommend 🙌

Everything was fine and what we needed for a place to sleep. The pull out couch was not the most comfortable for an adult, but would be fine for a kid. Breakfast had enough options to hold you over.

The breakfast was terrible. The same thing everyday. Scramble eggs sausage gravy and biscuits and sausage. Was there 4 days and cranberry juice dispenser was broken the whole time. Orange juice and water not much of a selection. Dirty sheets were not changed and the mattress was terrible needed to be replaced. Pool and hot tub was very nice and clean. The dirty dishes were put in the dishwasher but the dishwasher was not run. Staff was very nice.

Words can not express this hotel!! It was amazing! The cleanish place I’ve ever stayed! From walking through the door to the pool area to the hallways the rooms everything about it was spotless!! I will continue staying here when we come back to pigeon Forge! The staff was amazing!!!

Go for the stay, not for the food

The only complaint was breakfast. The waffle makers arent working well. The waffle itself didnt taste great. The ham was dry and chewy, the eggs had little taste. Biscuit was ok. Breakfast was a fail. The hotel was very nice. The pools great. Staff was friendly!

We checked in the Leconte the week of fall Rod runs. We were greeted at the front desk with a smile we were told about all the options of the hotel.. we enjoyed breakfast every morning . Clean rooms every day and friendly staff throughout the building daily , when I return to pigeon Forge. I will definitely make this a must stay place provided there is availability.
