The water pressure is terrible...you open it on hot but it suddenly changes by itself to cold. The facilities are tired...the elevator button to the 3rd floor was removed by whoever it was. The ladies at the front desk were too dry, no smiles even when you approach them smiling. The toilet is in the same tiny space with the shower...very small space. There's an overhead heater in the bathing area that is extremely noisy! Free breakfast was standard and ok.

The breakfast area had very limited seating, making it difficult to find a place to sit and eat. We went down around 9:00 a.m., and the food that was available did not seem fresh. The biscuits were hard, and the waffle batter was watery rather than the usual thicker consistency. Breakfast was served from 6:00 to 10:00 a.m., so we expected better quality closer to the end of service.

Everything was nice and clean when we arrived! Check in was easy and we love our cozy room with the fireplace ! Love the open shower I would definitely stay here again and I would suggest the king suite !

Not sure whar happened. On the 1st day we ran the water 4 ten mins to get it hot. For the rest of our staywe had to turn down the nozzle! The fireplace is a hit!! We will visit again!

When I checked in I asked for a first floor room was told NO because I booked through a third party. The room was clean but the bed was on the floor. I am 6’ tall and the top of the mattress was below my knees and my wife is short and the bed was at knee level for her. The next day we asked to change rooms to a room with a bed that you didn’t need a winch to get out of and again was told NO that all their beds are that way and that was how they were told they had to do them. There were room doors open where housekeeping was cleaning and those beds had a base under them that ours did not so she lied to us about the beds. We had 3 nights of horrible sleep as the heat ran you out of the room. We had to run the air conditioner that felt like heat. We asked to change rooms due to that and again were told NO. I would have understood if they had been full but they were NOT. I would not recommend this place and will never stay there again. You should NOT hold it against your patrons that they use a third party to book the hotel room because it is cheaper. Maybe they should consider lowering their prices. I have never stayed anywhere that didn’t at least try to make your stay better. We shouldn’t have to pay $400 a night to have a comfortable bed to sleep in. I wish I had taken photos but didn’t.
