Our stay served its purpose. They need bigger pillows on the beds. We had read that from a previous review so we brought our own pillows with us. Bathroom could be a bit bigger. I expected more room in the area where the tub and toilet were located. Elevator placement is odd and outside the building to reach 2nd and 3rd floor rooms. Hotel was picked online as it was located across from Dollywood.
